AKC Canine Good Citizen (CGC) Prep & Test

CGC is the AKC’s gold standard for well-mannered dogs. This class prepares your dog for the 10-item CGC test, focusing on calm behavior in public, greeting people politely, reliable obedience, and stability around distractions.
Benefits: Promotes dependable manners, builds handler confidence, and earns your dog a nationally recognized title.

AKC Community Canine (CGCA) Prep & Test

CGCA is the advanced level of the CGC program and tests your dog’s ability to behave reliably in busy, real-world settings. Training includes loose-leash walking through crowds, longer stays, polite behavior around other dogs, and working in public environments.
Benefits: Enhances your dog’s real-life reliability, strengthens obedience under higher distraction levels, and increases your dog’s confidence in public.

AKC Urban Canine Good Citizen (CGCU) Prep & Test

Benefits: Builds strong real-world skills, prepares dogs for city life, and boosts adaptability and composure in busy environments.
Trick Dog Classes

Trick dog training is a fun, upbeat way to build engagement, confidence, and focus. We teach a variety of tricks—from basics like shake and spin to more advanced behaviors—while working toward AKC Trick Dog titles if desired.
